Behind Enemy Lines is a high-action war movie. It was #5 on the list of top 10 movies in America last week. Tanis gives us her opinion of the movie below.

Dialog

John

John: Isn’t it interesting how many war movies are coming out these days?

Tanis: I can’t believe it. There are so many. I’m kind of excited though.

John: Me too. Have you seen any of them yet?

Tanis: Yeah. I saw Behind Enemy Lines. Have you heard of that one?

John: Is that the one in Kosovo[/def]?

Tanis: It takes place in Bosnia, and, it’s about the pilot who gets shot down behind enemy lines.

John: Oh, that sounds cool. Did you like it?

Tanis: I did. It was really fast paced, and the special effects were pretty cool.

John: So I should check it out?

Tanis: Oh yeah. Go see it. Gene Hackman is awesome.

Behind Enemy Lines is filled with so much action, it feels like you’re playing a video game. Owen Wilson plays the Navy pilot who wants to see some action. Gene Hackman is the older commanding officer who sends Wilson and another pilot on a mission to take some photos over Eastern Europe. The two pilots are caught in the act and shot down over Bosnia. From this point on, Wilson dodges different kinds of war weapons and still survives.

I have seen that movie before. I didn't think it was that good as many people here are sayin', I hoped that USA would invade Bosnia and make some Action. I don't think that this movie earn the category "action".
