John:  Dude, I just picked up the new Beck CD.

Derek:  Really? Do you like it?

John:  Yeah. I like it. It’s not as good as Odelay. Do you remember that one?

Derek:  Yeah. I remember that one pretty well. And I can’t remember the first one, but that one, I liked too.

John:  Yeah. I can’t remember the name of that. The one I have, the newest one, is called Cuerro or Guerro, or something.

Derek:  Guerro. Is that Spanish for something?

John:  Yeah, it’s Spanish for something. I don’t know too much about it. But there are a couple of good songs on there.

Derek:  Something at least you can tap your foot to?

John:  Yeah. You can. And, ya know, I’ve heard Beck is really good live. Have you ever seen him in concert?

Derek:  No, I haven’t.

John:  Yeah. That’s supposed to be a good show. So, I dunno. Maybe I’ll try to do that.

Derek:  Yeah. He’s one of those guys who’s probably better live.

John:  Yeah.

For the past 15 years, Beck has been putting out CDs pretty regularly. His music is awesome because he always comes up with new ideas.
He keeps his fans happy by not always sounding the same. His music can be pretty cutting edge and other bands try to copy his style.
Do you know much Beck music?
