I’m confused, what game have who played, and haven’t who played?

Ola, I jumped into the snow right after the hot sauna. It is undescribable pleasure. I like to jump into the cold water right after the sauna.

Each one prefer his place temperature. I think a good one would be 29 celsius, for all people around the world.  At this temperature you can be wearing a suite, wearing shorts part, or being naked… 

Buttafly, I’m going to do that too, but i need to know what preparation should be taken because the only thing I can do so far is to empty a bucket of cold freezing water on myself. There should be some training for that, or you’ll get the fate of Roosevelt, God forbid.

Roosevelt fell into the cold waters of the Bay of Fundy and stayed paralyzed from the waist down after.

We constantly hear the propaganda of hardening. It does not mean extreme jumps into the feezing water it can be very useful if you will take a cold shower each morning
