There are many things in life that it is possible to have too much of. Too many rainy days, for example. Or too many annoying meetings at work. It can even be possible to have too much of something that you started out enjoying. You could even get sick of ice cream if you have it every day.
But there are probably some things you feel as if you could never have too much of. In fact, you just can’t get enough of them. To have enough of something means you’re satisfied, or done. If you can’t get enough, then you will never be satisfied. If it’s up to you, then you will never be done.
Actress Julia Stiles loves the vegetable kale so much that she puts it in this category. She can’t get enough of it. She could eat kale for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and still want more. It must really be her favorite vegetable.
What is a food or drink that you can’t get enough of?
