When you go shopping, how easy is it for you to choose things? Many of us look at all the products and feel like there are too many options. Do you want red high-heeled shoes, or do you want red tennis shoes? Do you want socks to match your shoes, or do you want sandals instead? However, some people just walk into a store, pick out something, and walk right out with their item.

When you pick something out, you choose it. You look at the options, and you select one of many. Actor and activist Laverne Cox feels very lucky. Musical star Beyoncé picked her out. They are working on a new project together. Beyoncé is so famous that she could have picked out anyone to work with. Laverne Cox feels very honored to be chosen by Beyoncé.

It takes time and effort for me to pick something out in the store. I’m capricious while choosing items in the store

For me it depends on the product. Some are easier to pick out than others.

For example, if it’s something more expensive and that it’s suppose to be used over a long period in which it can not be change by other, i take more time. I take time on the particularities to understand if the item satisfies all the requirements to be used so many time. (durability, confort, completeness, advantages or disadvantages comparing to others, design and innovation expected on the sector…).

Pick out a person should be seen in a different perspective. It will depends on the type of work to be done. Regarding the work, it should be someone that satisfy’s the base requirements. However, there are some qualities i would appreciate, as being sociable, innovative, proactive!
