Kat and her mother were talking about dinner. Kat had a great idea that she wanted to tell her mom. But then, the baby cried, and Kat forgot the idea. Now, she remembers that she had an idea, but she doesn’t remember what that idea was. She lost her train of thought.

It can be frustrating when you lose your train of thought! You know that something was important, but you just can’t remember what it was. Usually, you need to stop trying and then you will be able to remember. When did you last lose your train of thought? Did you remember the idea later?
