I am usually a health nut. I have always been a little lean and sometimes gain a few pounds here and lose a few pounds there. However lately, I have seemed to have lost the power to lose those few pounds. What is wrong with me?

In the past, I have always been criticized for my weight, especially in the Philippines. I have followed the no carb diet, no sugar diet, South Beach diet, and a few other random diets. Because I was so focused on weight, I became a fitness trainer here in Portland to share what I know to clients and help them lose the weight. These days I just keep putting the pounds on.

What has gone wrong? Is it because that I became a dad two years ago? Is it because I cut down on drinking and going out and now I eat more?  Or did I just never know that I was eating more than I should?  I believe it could be that I am just getting older and my body is not metabolizing the way it did when I was younger. Either way, I am feeling crappy about it.  I have a goal to lose the weight and get myself back in to shape by August, so I am eating more now and then I’ll lose it all.

I can do it…do you think I can?

eat less and do more exisces!if you keep do it everyday ,i am sure that you will lose  your weight! trust me!i i did the same thing everything and i have lose more than 20 pounds for the past seven months! so you can do it!

Slower metabolism is a lame excuse in my opinion. Judjing by people whom i know and who are obsessed with losing weight and are not very successful in it, I must say that they eat too much, but they don't think so. Like four muffins for breakfast its nothing, they are so tiny teeny. In fact, the truth is powerful indeed. The only way to put things right is to be honest with ourselves, to try and see things in their true colours. Knowing the problem is half the battle.

I'm from Colombia and I advice you that you should eat good, proportionaly, no more, no less.

But you should do exercice too, because your body to need it, to be healthy.

To me, I don't like be fat, but anorexica too no.

It is the balance at all. Don't worry, I known how you feel, ok jejeje I known that you can, not allow that you body control you. You  control your body.

You have a brain for control him.

Hai Dale< I am from India (South Asia), have you ever heard "Yoga", if yes do it daily for 30 to 45 mts, two essencial exercises of yoga, "Kapal Bhati and Anulome Vilom", you willreally loss your weight, yes one thing important, you have to controle your diet pattern to achieve the goal. I know this man , he's so popular here I think It was 90's. I remembered,I watched his shows on TV even in the movies.

He's gained so much weight, during that time, we was slimand having a lean body but anyways welcome aboard!!!!!

Just keepping on diet, and do more exceise every day. You will be  accustomed to this way in your life soon. I always keepping dace 5 times one week, So that I am able to keep my shape which I have when I was young. Remember, don't give up! You will be more handsome.

i think it is the problem everione have these dayes. you should become more active or somehow change your dayly life, just share some time to fittness life.
