There are many ways to work out. Working out means exercising or being physically active. If you participate in a sport, such as weight lifting, swimming, ice skating or running, you work out.

Usually, people work out to stay in good physical condition. Some people like to get up early in the morning and work out before going to work at their job. They might go to a gym or play basketball in their neighborhood. Either way, they are working out.

Work out is also a noun. If you do something physically difficult, like climb a lot of stairs, you can say, “That was a work out!” when you are finished.

Girls afraid to be fat, a little put on weight , she will be grumbling because her T or jeans getting too tight or can’t be wear anymore, they do diet and keep on exercise to loosen their weight, but my sister really weird, she definitely a mouse potato , when she has vacation I think she never moved from infront of her laptop, when I asked her what is her favorite sport and she said “this I am doing it” WHAT ” Running firngers through keypads ” hhhhhhhhhhhhh,,,,,,,,,,,, Isn’t she weird?

Well, like or not like , it got to be done - the work out. Otherwise, the life is not that pretty at all :) When you work out, you feel lighter, more flexible, can fit in any kind of old clothes in your wardrobe, plus, you save money on purchasing new items. Right now, my work out is breathing. It’s hard though, to breath. Looks like a simple thing, but when you concentrate on it, wow, that’s something. Anyways, after swimming, ballroom dancing and all those imaginable kind of sports, we’ll crack it - how to breathe ;))

I don’t think I could live without working out, my first passion is running. I started some years ago doing jogging, 5/6 km for 2 veces at week, and two years ago I did my first marathon, 42 km in amost 4 hours.

Believe me, there’s nothig more satisfying. You feel great when you arrive, maybe you don’t win anything but it’s sure you win the race with yourself.

Now, when I’ve got time, pratically very seldom, I do races of 21 km. I’d like to do cross country-skiing but it doesn’t snow very much in my town. I like to do gym too but by myself, not in gymnasium.
