Today let’s talk about lunch. It’s the meal that comes between breakfast and dinner.
Everyone has their choice for what they like to eat for this meal. Some people like light lunches, some people like big lunches. Let’s look at some of the popular choices in the U.S.

What people eat for lunch depends on what they do. If they are at home, they might make a sandwich or have left-overs.
Students usually have more choices at school. They can bring a sack lunch that will have stuff from home. They can also eat in the cafeteria. If they are lucky, there might be some fast-food places off-campus like McDonalds or Subway.
People with jobs usually have the most choice. If they work in the city, there are many more places to get food. They can order take-out or go to a drive-through. If they want to walk, there are usually lunch carts around the city with cheap, good food including pizza, burritos or salads.
Many restaraunts often have lunch specials. The meals are the same as dinner, but with a lower price. You can even find many places with all-you-can-eat deals. And then you don’t need dinner!
Whatever you choose for lunch, make sure to keep it healthy!
