All around the world, bread is familiar. It’s a simple food that is delicious and nutritious. Because bread is so common, we often talk about all our food as bread. For example, expressions like “daily bread” and “putting bread on the table” don’t only mean actual bread but all the food necessary to stay alive.

We need food in order to live, but food is definitely not free. Somebody has to work so that there’s enough money to buy food. Traditionally, men were seen as the family providers or the breadwinners. They went to work, while women stayed home to cook, clean, and care for children. Today, women can be breadwinners, too. In fact, many families now need two breadwinners in order to pay all the bills.

Talking about his character in the Showtime series Ray Donovan, actor Liev Schreiber said Ray lives in a world where men are not the main breadwinners. As a man, Ray is having a hard time finding purpose for his life. If he’s not a breadwinner, what is he?

I think that everyone should have a work that can help to realize your professional traits . And this thing both relates to men and women . Of course a lot of women consider that their main realization is in family and children, it’s not bad, it’s also some kind of work. But it’s very important that men understand that keeping the house, children upbringing , cooking and so on is very difficult job.
