Intro
We often binge when we’re feeling stressed out. It’s an escape mechanism we choose when we feel like we can’t get a grip on ourselves. We might binge on food, TV, or something else that makes us feel good.
But there are healthier ways to cope when life feels unstable. It’s important to stop, breathe in and out, and remember that things will always get better.
