It’s a beautiful day, and Kat just finished running. She ran a lot, and now she feels both good and tired. Her muscles are a little sore, and her body is shaking a little bit, but it’s a good feeling. She is feeling the burn from her exercise.

To feel the burn, you need to exercise deeply. You won’t feel the burn if you just stretch and take a five-minute walk. But if you play soccer for an hour or dance all night, you will probably feel the burn in your muscles. Do you like to feel the burn? Which types of exercise make your muscles feel good and tired?
