John: So Jenny. You must be really happy that school’s out.
Jenni: Yeah, I’m pretty stoked. Finals were rough and it’s been a long quarter, so I’m glad summer’s here.
John: What was your toughest final?
Jenni: I think it was my programming class. I got a C+ in that class, but it was on a curve so it should have been a D.
John: Yeah, and you passed, right?
Jenni: I passed.
John: Well, that’s good. Have you started working yet?
Jenni: I started working this week, making lots of money. I’ve got another job, too, where I’m just working for fun. How about you?
John: Um, you know, just working here at English, baby! It’s a lot of hours, but it’s a lot of fun, so that’s cool.
Jenni: Cool.
John: How about, uh, vacations? Are you going anywhere?
Jenni: Yeah, I’m headed to the coast this weekend. I’m pretty stoked. There’s going to be hot tubs and swimming pools and all that.
John: Oh, that will be really fun, and the weather is supposed to be so nice.
Jenni: Uh-huh, beautiful. How about you? Any plans for vacation?
John: Yeah, I’m going to go to Japan here in a couple of days. I can’t wait.
Jenni: Oh, wow!

It’s so nice to get out of school for summer vacation. Three months of no homework is great! What plans do you have for the summer? Are you going to school? Are you going on vacation? Are you going to work? Please come to the Ebaby! Message Board and share what you plan to do this summer at the “Life Goes On” section. Until next time,—John
